Details: The purpose of this program is to support comprehensive and coordinated state and territory Early Hearing Detection and Intervention systems of care so families with newborns, infants, and children up to 3 years of age who are deaf or hard-of-hearing receive appropriate and timely services that include hearing screening, diagnosis, and early intervention.

Grant Title: Self-Help Homeownership Opportunity Program

Details: The program facilitates and encourages innovative homeownership opportunities on a national, geographically diverse basis through the provision of self-help homeownership housing programs.
