GINGER K. KELLER-FERGUSON, MBA

Owner & Founder

Ginger is the owner and founder of Keller-Ferguson & Associates, a grant writing consulting firm established in 2010 and located in Johnson City, Tennessee. Ginger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in technical writing and a Master’s degree in business administration from East Tennessee State University.

Over the past decade, Ginger has helped secure over 25 million dollars in private, corporate, state, and federal grants for her employers and her consulting clients. Her employers and clients have included East Tennessee State University, Kingsport City Schools, Northeast State Community College, the Niswonger Foundation, the Susan G. Komen Tri-Cities Affiliate, and many others. Most recently, Ginger has served as a peer reviewer for the federal Department of Education. She looks forward to sharing insights about the grant review process as well as her practical advice and tips for writing winning grant proposals in our fall workshop series.

CARLA B. LANDRETH, MBA

Vice President, Nonprofit Solutions

Carla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Appalachian State University and a Master’s degree in business administration from East Tennessee State University.

Higher Education has been Carla’s professional home for the past seven and a half years. Working in high profile offices throughout several universities, Carla’s written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are topnotch. Her greatest strength is keeping all stakeholders satisfied while getting the job done. Some of her former employers include Lander University, East Tennessee State University, and Mars Hill University. Her longest tenure was in the Provost’s office at East Tennessee State University. Carla provides hands-on leadership in nonprofit services and is eager to help your organization thrive.

CHELSEA SHOUN ADAMS, MBA

Senior Editor, Nonprofit Solutions

Chelsea is a seasoned communicator who has been writing professionally for nearly 20 years. From professional communications for c-suite executives and state senators to email marketing campaigns for small business owners, Chelsea is well equipped to assist KFA Nonprofit's clients. She has written for brands such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, Wellmont Health System, HomeAdvisor, Tidelands Health System, Travelocity and eBay.
Chelsea has a bachelor's degree in mass communications from East Tennessee State University and a master's of business administration from King University. She started her career at the Kingsport Times-News and worked for Holston Valley Medical Center, the Children's Advocacy Center of Sullivan County and Life Care Center of Gray before starting her own writing consultant business in 2011.

ANNE OXENREIDER, M.Ed.

Executive Director, Research & Evaluation, Nonprofit Solutions

Anne is a data-driven education professional specializing in data analysis, institutional research, performance metrics, planning, and continuous improvement. She has seventeen years of experience in teaching, student success, strategic planning, and institutional research. Over the past five years, she has become adept at using SAS and PowerBI to handle, analyze, and visualize complex datasets. Overall, Anne possesses proven strategic planning, data management, project coordination and evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
