Executive & Leadership Coaching

Good leaders are tactical. They are agile, and they have the forethought to set strategic vision.

While these aren't traits everyone comes by naturally, effective leadership skills can be taught. Leaders can be taught how to guide people, companies and nonprofits to prosperity.

If you're new to your leadership role or if you're a seasoned leader looking for a fresh, outside perspective, we're here to help you lead your team and your partners to do more, better.

Leadership can be lonely.
  • Who leads the leader?
  • With whom can you vent?
  • Who serves as your sounding board for ideas or concerns?
  • Are you surrounded by "yes" men?
  • Can you see the proverbial "elephant" in the room?
  • Is the status quo acceptable?

Partnering with our executive coaches is the best way to leverage your purpose with fresh perspective and expertise. It's often difficult to recognize when a beloved program, method or even employee isn't producing the desired results. An executive coach can help you identify these and other potential barriers to your success and strategize how to maneuver through them effectively.

An executive coach can help you run your organization like a well-oiled machine. We can help with a variety of practical, yet nebulous tasks, like:

  • Creating a framework for your funding mix.
  • Developing the best methods to convey your vision and mission,
  • Initiating and sustaining relationships with donors,
  • Navigating “difficult” donor relationships,
  • Avoiding the pitfalls of nonprofit leadership,
  • Identifying when to pause engagement with “difficult” people or organizations.

You’ve got questions; our coaches will empower you to find solutions.

Let’s face it. Every now and then, a leader needs the freedom to take off the “cool, confident” hat and be completely honest about the nature and responsibilities of his or her role. Partnering with an executive coach gives you access to someone with whom you can be brutally honest about your concerns, complaints and your organization’s day-to-day operations.

We take our coaching relationships seriously.

An executive coach is your confidant. We value your trust, and we will work hard to exceed your expectations.

Our executive coaches will:

  • Provide an unbiased sounding board for you to process your vision, goals and frustrations;
  • Guide you through the process of how to network to rally like-minded do-gooders for your mission;
  • Embolden you with skills and strategies to approach potential funders;
  • Bolster your confidence as you step into or mature in your leadership role.

Becoming the best leader for your organization starts with the right executive coach.

What does it cost?
