KFA is currently seeking a partner for one of our existing clients for a Youth Build project to take place in Johnson City, Tennessee. We need an experienced home improvement nonprofit willing to coordinate home rehabilitation efforts in a predominantly minority, low-income community in the heart of central Appalachia. An awarded Capital Magnet Fund grant is already in place to fund a portion of this work and our fee for writing a Youth Build application to enhance the project is already covered. Home improvement nonprofits with an established history of serving and engaging minority participants will be given preference.
